Seawater is collected from the Florida coast, then transported in stored tanks for processing at the saltworks.
The seawater is pumped into large boiling tanks where excess minerals are removed and the seawater is reduced to brine.
The Brine is slowly heated in pans producing the flake sea salt to be harvested and dried on racks.
The flake sea salt is dried, hand-graded and sorted.
The flake sea salt is packaged and distributed to customers.
