Beverly Cox is the author of several award-winning cookbooks, bringing authentic Native American recipes into the modern home kitchen. She’s is the food editor of Native Peoples Magazine and a former food editor and director of food styling for Cook’s Magazine. She holds a Grand Diplome from Le Gordon Bleu in Paris and apprenticed with Gaston LeNotre. We’ve enjoyed working with Beverly, providing input of indigenous traditional dishes from the Ciboney native people of the island of Cuba.
