Beverly Cox is the author of several award-winning cookbooks, bringing authentic Native American recipes into the modern home kitchen. She’s is the food editor of Native Peoples Magazine and a former food editor and director of food styling for Cook’s Magazine. She holds a Grand Diplome from Le Gordon Bleu in Paris and apprenticed with Gaston LeNotre. Jorge Salt & Co. enjoyed working with Beverly, providing input of indigenous traditional dishes from the Ciboney native people of the island of Cuba.
